100th Day of School!


Today we celebrated our 100th day of school! The students have been very motivated since the New Year to make healthy choices such as: walking laps at recess, brain breaks and short exercise activities. This inspired me to change my usual 100th day activity to a 100th day workout routine!

The students planned ten sets of ten exercises to have 100 exercises in all!
Your child will be bringing home their very own 100th day workout routine that they planned with a partner. Have them teach you their routine and do it together as a family!
