Reader's Theater by Danny and Stella
Yesterday we started to do readers theaters. Mrs.Christie put us into groups to do different plays.
The plays names are: the little spider- the best way to pull a tooth -Sasquatch & the golden touch.

Visualizing in Second Grade
Our class has been working hard in reader's workshop learning all about visualization.
The students were challenged to imagine mental images using all 5 senses. This was difficult in some cases and the students had to thoroughly read the text and have deep conversations with their partners. The students were visualizing beyond the book and past what was illustrated on the page. They made the stories come to life!

Concert Reminder!

The best Art in the WORLD - By Jazzi and Ryder
In art we had to make wire pepole and dress them and make a scene with materials and we could add
props and we could do actual people! And the other picture is the art show. And we made flowers 🌺
